Returns
A brief overview.
All goods can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, you can use the form at the page's bottom.
Alternatively, you can write an email to return@goldfelsstore.com or contact us in any other way.
For returns from Germany, we offer a flat-rate return label for €5.
Alternatively, you can take care of the return yourself.
For all other global returns, the customer is generally responsible for the costs of the return.
However, we offer the best shipping solution available to us so that you can compare the price of this with that of your own shipping method.
To receive a return label for returns from Germany or an offer for a return label for returns from somewhere else, tick the appropriate box in the return form.
If you contact us otherwise, please mention it there.
If you decide in favour of one of our return offers, you will receive an easy-to-pay invoice by e-mail.
Please note that when you use one of our return offers, you pack the items in the original shipping box, as the shipping labels we create are then made exactly to the dimensions of this box.
If your shipment was subject to local taxes or import duties, please check with local authorities in advance to determine how they will be refunded on a return.
The customers themselves are responsible for this, as we cannot influence it.
If you are sending your return from outside the European Union, make sure that your return is marked as such.
To do this, the documents that were on the outside of the package in the delivery note pocket must be attached again, and it must be noted either on the customs declaration or directly on the package that it is a return.
We cannot accept any packages for which we are required to pay import duties, since the return was not adequately marked. Such shipments will be returned at the sender's expense.
