The buckle is pushed with the bracket first onto the front end of the strap (the one with only one hole) and fastened in the hole with the pin.
The belt is then threaded through the belt loops in such a way that the portion of the strap protruding from the buckle points towards the belt loop that is closest to the pants' closure.
Usually, the closer belt loop, if there is any, is from one's own point of view on the left side, so the belt would then have to be inserted into the pants exactly the other way around than regular belts.
To close the belt, the end with the holes is now fed through the bracket behind the buckle and then fastened in the appropriate hole.

To ensure that your Goldfels belt fits you optimally and that you still have leeway for both tightening and loosening it, refer to the size chart on the respective product pages.
Sizes are offered to fit every person with a waistband between 60 cm (23.6″) and 121 cm (47.6″).
However, note that these dimensions refer to the narrowest hole for the smallest size or the widest hole for the largest size.
If you have any questions about the size or fit of our belts, please do not hesitate to ask us.
Usually, belts are being hung up somewhere in the wardrobe.
However, this may not always be as convenient with Goldfels belts, you may not have the same number of buckles and straps, or you may not want to risk scratching the buckles and therefore just hang them up somewhere.
Because of this problem, we have developed a suitable packaging for the belts that is as beautiful as it is useful.
Our solution for the storage of the belts would therefore be to keep them in their own signature box. Keep the box (with or without the lid) in a cupboard, a drawer or anywhere else where it fits well.

However, this is only the case for countries outside the European Union, as Goldfels is based within the EU.
So if an order is to be delivered into a non-EU country, please check in advance to what extent it could be affected by any local taxes, import duties or other local requirements.
If there are local taxes, import duties or other local requirements for an order, there are different ways to pay them.
For example, it is possible that the delivery company that brings the goods across the border advances these costs and either collect them on delivery or invoice them afterwards.
It could also be that an imported parcel has to be picked up at a state office and the costs would have to be paid there.
However, our recommendation is to simply research how orders from abroad are handled in your country before placing an order.

Accordingly, it is recommended to check in advance with local authorities how any fees will be refunded.
In any case, it will be necessary to keep documents that confirm the return. This can be, for example, a return confirmation from Goldfels, which is sent when a returned package is received.
It is possible to change an order afterwards or to cancel it if it has not yet been sent.
After an order has already been sent, it can only be returned regularly.
To inquire about a change or a cancellation, simply contact us, ideally immediately stating your wishes and the order number.

- Click on "Pay now" and you are either done or, if necessary, go through the payment processing of your desired payment method.
No, only a valid email address is required.
However, with an account, you can get an overview of your last orders and have your order details ready for future purchases.

If no email was received after placing an order or other interaction with Goldfels, please check whether the message might have ended up in the spam folder.
If the email/s were not in the spam folder, please contact us, we will check whether you maybe have entered your email address incorrectly and update it.
