Refund policy
A. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant consumers a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory rights. In particular, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected and continues to apply independently.
1. Scope of the voluntary return policy
- The 30-day period starts on the day after you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have received the goods.
- The voluntary return policy applies only to consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws.
- The voluntary 30-day return right applies in addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right and covers the period from day 15 to day 30 after receipt of the goods.
- Within the first 14 days after receipt, solely the statutory withdrawal conditions apply (see section "Statutory right of withdrawal" below).
- This voluntary 30-day return policy only applies if you have first taken delivery of the goods. It does not apply to shipments which are returned to us because they were not accepted on delivery or because import duties, taxes or service fees were not paid. Such cases are governed exclusively by our Terms of Service, in particular section 5 (Delivery, Availability of Goods).
2. Condition for exercising the voluntary 30-day return right
To make use of the voluntary 30-day return right, the following conditions apply:
- The goods must be returned complete and, except for normal inspection as would be possible in a retail shop, in a condition that allows them to be sold as new.
- All components that are described on the respective product page as part of the product (in particular any gift boxes, pouches, dust bags or similar product packaging) are considered part of the goods and must be returned together with the goods.
- You are not obliged to use or return the original shipping packaging; however, we recommend re-using it or using equivalent packaging to prevent damage in transit.
If the returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, or if product components such as gift boxes or pouches that are part of the goods are missing or damaged, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods under this voluntary policy.
A complete refusal of the return solely due to missing original shipping packaging will not take place.
3. How to initiate a 30-day return
To initiate a return under this voluntary 30-day return policy, please inform us in writing (e.g. by email) within 30 days of receipt of the goods:

You may use our "Return Guide" for an easy, step-by-step process. This online process is merely a technical convenience and not a condition for exercising your statutory rights or the voluntary 30-day return right.
After notifying us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 7 days from the day on which you informed us of your intention to return the goods under this voluntary policy. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the 7-day period.
4. Return shipment and costs under the voluntary policy
- For returns from Germany, we provide you with a free return label. If you use this free label, you do not bear any costs for returning the goods.
- For returns from outside Germany, you generally bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
As an additional, voluntary service, we may offer you a pre-paid return label for international returns (outside Germany):
- If we offer you such a label, we will inform you of the applicable cost of the label before you decide whether to use it.
- You are free to accept or decline this offer.
- If you accept the offer, the cost of the label will either be invoiced separately or deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
- If you decline the offer, you arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself.
- Within the scope of this voluntary 30-day return policy, you bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods during the return shipment until they arrive at our business address, regardless of whether you use a pre-paid label provided by us or organise the return shipment yourself.
Please use packaging suitable for the transport of the goods. If you use a different shipping packaging than the one originally used and this leads to additional costs or surcharges imposed by the carrier, we may pass on such additional costs to you.
5. Refund under the voluntary 30-day return policy
If you validly exercise the voluntary 30-day return right, we will reimburse you for all payments received for the returned goods, including standard delivery costs for those goods (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Any import duties, taxes or customs clearance or service fees which you have paid to customs authorities or transport service providers in the destination country are not part of the payments received by us and will not be refunded by us under this policy. You may, where applicable, have separate rights to claim a refund of such charges from the relevant authority or service provider.
- The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
- Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
During the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, only the statutory conditions (see below under "Statutory right of withdrawal") apply.
B. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
The following information on the statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers with their habitual residence in a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area (EU/EEA).
For consumers outside the EU/EEA, we do not grant a statutory right of withdrawal; instead, our voluntary 30-day return policy pursuant to section A applies.
1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You can also initiate the process via our "Return Guide". This is a purely technical aid and does not replace or limit the possibility to declare your withdrawal by other means.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
Any import duties, import taxes or customs clearance or service fees which you have paid directly to customs authorities or transport service providers in the destination country are not payments received by us and are therefore not refunded by us as part of the withdrawal. You may, where applicable, have separate rights to claim a refund of such charges from the relevant authority or service provider.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Return costs under the statutory right of withdrawal
- For returns from Germany, we provide you with a free return label. If you use this label within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal, you do not bear the costs of returning the goods.
- For returns from outside Germany, you generally bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
As an additional, voluntary service, we may offer you a pre-paid return label for international returns (outside Germany):
- If we offer you such a label, we will inform you of the applicable cost of the label before you decide whether to use it.
- You are free to accept or decline this offer.
- If you accept the offer, the cost of the label will either be invoiced separately or deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
- If you decline the offer, you arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself.
You are obliged to package the goods appropriately and to hand them over to a suitable transport service provider. We recommend that you keep the dispatch receipt as proof of timely return.
In the event of a withdrawal, the risk of loss or damage to the goods during the return shipment is borne by us as the trader, provided you have sent the goods back properly and in due time.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Product components which are described on the respective product page as part of the goods (in particular any premium gift boxes, pouches, dust bags or similar product packaging) form part of the goods. If such components are missing or damaged when the goods are returned, this may lead to a deduction for diminished value in accordance with the statutory rules; however, your statutory right of withdrawal as such is not excluded on this basis.
3. Exclusions or premature expiry of the statutory right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, inter alia, to contracts for the supply of:
- goods which are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- other cases in which the right of withdrawal is excluded or may lapse under applicable consumer protection laws.
In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to belts and other products which are produced to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as:
- custom lengths requested by you which deviate from our standard size range,
- engravings (e.g. initials, names, symbols),
- other individual design adaptations that are made specifically for you and cannot be reasonably resold.
If the right of withdrawal is excluded for a specific product, this will be clearly indicated to you before you place your order, for example in the respective product description, during the ordering process or in separate written communication (e.g. by email or individual offer).
The exclusion of the statutory right of withdrawal for such personalised or made-to-measure products also applies to the voluntary 30-day return policy.
